Who needs one ?
An Energy Performance Certificate is required for all commercial property when offered for sale, let or the lease assigned.
What is an Energy Performance Certificate ?
An EPC is an Energy Rating Document for a building which provides valuation information for potential purchasers or tenants on the energy performance and efficiency of the building.
Who can provide EPCs
An EPC must be produced by an Accredited Energy Assessor who is a member of a recognised Government approved accreditation scheme.
